For my in-vision podcast mics I went with my Aston Stealth mics. Great sounding dynamic mic with a built in (optional) "cloudlifter style" 48V preamp.
Prior to the podcast, we also filmed some short intro pieces so I also had both contributors radio mic'd too.
In post production this gives you some good options for making use of phase alignment tools, bringing the best bits of radio mics and the podcast mics together. The two phase aligned sources also allow for much more aggressive noise reduction or reverb removal.
